This is one of our Ohio summer family traditions… picking blueberries. Actually I think my kids hate it but Logan and I love the experience. Tulie by far eats her weight in berries and Stella dumps out any unattended buckets. Oliver and Sawyer play tag and I yell at them not to trample the berries bushes. We picked a crazy lot of berries this year. I am not sure what we would do without our deep freeze. It is literally filled to the brim with all the Strawberries and blueberries. They will all be gone before the first snow falls. This tradition wasn't an option in Idaho as there is nothing there to pick but ticks off of sagebrush. I'm not bashing my Idaho, just stating the facts. Ohio does have its perks.
